Intelligent pig

Intelligent pig inspections on pipelines return a complete report of the conditions of the pipeline. This include corrosion and degradation status brought by chemical agents. Due to the trabsported material, pipelines are subject to gradual consumption of their walls.
 
Intelligent inspections carry deploy technologies which are able to detect any different in the thickness of the wall, (change is caused by corrosion) and the linear position of the feature.
 

MFL Tool

The MFL inspection activity detects metal losses, pitting (internal and external) and cracks. Also it provides inertial mapping (X, Y, Z) of the pipeline and measurement of the voltages induced by the movement of the ground.

Ultrasonic Tool

The UT inspection activity detects metal losses, pitting and cracks. Also it provides a complete analysis of the status of pipeline and measurement of the sonic response generated by the tool movement and the pipe-wall.
